Processing Time：

All orders are typically processed within 2-7 business days. Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your items for shipment, not the time it takes to receive them.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times：

We work with a trusted Production Partner to fulfill our orders, and since products may be produced and shipped from different locations, delivery times can vary.

  • USA Shipping:
    Delivery time: 5-10 business days (depending on the product and shipping location).

  • Canada Shipping:
    Delivery time: 5-14 business days (depending on the product and shipping location).
    Please note that customs fees or import duties may apply upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the customer.

  • UK Shipping:
    Delivery time: 5-12 business days (depending on the product and shipping location).
    Please note that customs fees or import duties may apply upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the customer.

  • International Shipping (other locations):
    Delivery time: 7-21 business days (depending on the destination country and product availability).

  • Restricted countries:
    We don’t ship to some countries because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations. The list of restricted countries may change depending on world events, but for now, we don’t ship to the following destinations:
  • Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine
  • Russia
  • Belarus
  • Ecuador
  • Cuba
  • Iran
  • Syria
  • North Korea

Multiple Shipments:

Due to the fact that some products may be fulfilled from different locations, your order may arrive in multiple shipments. As a result, different items in your order may arrive separately and at different times. You will receive tracking information for each shipment, so you can track the progress of your order.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
