📏 Sizing & Product Information
Getting the perfect fit is easy! We recommend checking our dedicated Size Guide before ordering. There you’ll find:

Information on whether you should size up for a looser fit.
Product measurements are provided by our suppliers and may vary by up to 2 inches (5 cm). For the most accurate fit, please compare your body measurements with the chart on the Size Guide page
👕 Materials & Care
We carefully select fabrics for durability and comfort.
Natural Fibers (Cotton/Linen): Breathable and comfortable. Initial washes may have slight color bleeding; we recommend washing cold and inside-out to maintain colorfastness.
Blended Fabrics: Resistant to wrinkles and pilling, with minimal shrinkage (within industry standards).

💳 Payments & Security
We use Stripe for secure processing. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Absolutely. We are PCI-DSS compliant, use SSL encryption, and support 3D Secure Authentication. We do not see or store your full card details. All processing is handled securely by Stripe.
All transactions are processed in USD. If your card is in a different currency, your bank will handle the conversion automatically.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the products in your order. We have detailed breakdowns for different product categories (T-shirts, Hoodies, Bags, etc.).

Since products may be produced and shipped from different locations, your order may arrive in multiple shipments. You will receive tracking information for each package.
Yes, we ship worldwide! However, we do not ship to certain restricted countries due to legal or carrier limitations (including Russia, Belarus, Cuba, Iran, Syria, North Korea, and others). Please check our Shipping Policy page for the complete list of restricted regions.
For international orders (including Canada and the UK), customs fees or import duties may apply upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices.
📦 Order & Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
Please double-check your address before placing an order. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
We generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. However, we stand behind our quality!
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is lost in shipping, we will offer a refund or reshipment.

Yes. Orders shipped to the EU benefit from a 14-day cooling-off period, allowing you to cancel or return your order for any reason. Please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy page for the specific conditions regarding EU consumer rights.
